Cape Coral is one of the fastest growing areas in Florida with nearly 150, 000 residents. It is the 2nd largest city geographically in the state of Florida and the 11th largest city in population. One of the most attractive features of Cape Coral and Southwest Florida is its terrific year-round weather. It has 335 days of bright sunshine annually with average temperature 74 F. While the summer is very warm and humid, the winter in Cape Coral is absolutely beautiful.

It is a waterfront wonderland with 27 miles of shoreline and more than 400 miles of fresh and salt water canals which is more than in Venice, Italy. Cape Coral has a small sandy beach and pier. It's about a 30 minute drive to Ft Myers Beach or Sanibel Island. Busch Gardens in Tampa is approximately a 2 hr drive and the Orlando/Disney locations are just under a 4 hour drive. The key to this brand new waterfront 2 bedroom townhome will provide a great vacation getaway for all the Lee County area has to offer. Enjoy easy access to the Gulf of Mexico right from your back door via salt water canal and there is a dock to tie up your boat. Excellent fishing is right in your own backyard.

There is a screened pool for swimming and a garage for your car. The two story townhouse has a beautiful open floor plan on the first level with kitchen, living room, screened lanai, and bathroom. Two bedrooms upstairs each with its own bathroom have plenty of closet space. The master is at the back of the home with walk-in closet and balcony overlooking the waterway. Bedrooms are equipped with linens, TVs, DVD, dressers, night stands and alarm clocks. We provide bath and beach towels.

In our modern kitchen you will miss just nothing: all household appliances such as a dishwasher, fridge with ice maker, microwave, full-size range with ceramic top, coffee maker, electrical kettle, blender, toaster oven, mixer, and much more. It is completed with all new dishes, glasses, utensils and accessories. There is a breakfast bar with three stools. The spacious nicely decorated family room has a dining area with a table and four chairs. All rooms, lanai and balcony have ceiling fans. There is a washer and dryer for your use in the garage on the first level.

Sip your morning coffee or afternoon drink on the lanai as you take in the beautiful view of the waterway. Relax on a comfortable leather sofa-sleeper or loveseat watching 32" TV equiped with VCR/DVD player or listening to stereo.

The property is located near shopping plaza and is close to Cape Harbour community and "Rumrunners" popular local restaurant.

In addition to the rental rate above, Florida and local tax, currently at 9%, is also assessed.
An end of stay final cleaning fee of $100 plus tax and a refundable damage deposit are also required.
Rates are based on up to four persons. Extra charges apply to larger groups.
Depending on time available, installments may be made, but full amount is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Check in after 3 p.m.; check out by 10:30 a.m.
If arrival is to be after business hours, please make prior arrangements for entry.
